How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your personal data in the following ways:
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to u@cluber.com.ua with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- A description of the data you want deleted
Option 2: Facebook Settings
You can remove our app’s access to your data directly through Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook Settings
- Click on “Apps and Websites”
- Find “thecluber.com” in the list
- Click “Remove” to revoke our access to your data
What Happens After Your Request
Once we receive your data deletion request:
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours
- Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
- Some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, and we will inform you if this applies
Data Retention
If you do not request deletion, we retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. We periodically review and delete data that is no longer needed.
